10 LPFMs from the 2nd PN, whose 30 day Petition to Deny period ended earlier
this week, were granted today.
 
Included in the batch was a grant for the Somali American Community in
Minneapolis.  This is believed to be the first full-time on-air Somali radio
station in the U.S.  Join me in welcoming them!
