Dear All:
 
My name is Laura Sweeney.  I facilitate a radio program at the KHOI station in Ames, Iowa, titled, 'Porch Stories,' which features local authors reading their own works on air. My educational background includes teaching WS 160 Gender Justice at Iowa State University.  I was a delegate to the 2nd World Conference on Women's Shelters in 2012.  I was also a delegate to the 1st International Teaching Artist's Conference in Oslo, Norway. I have also traveled extensively in Latin America.  I may be interested in attending this conference in Nicaragua pending further details.  Please provide additional information, including expense.  If there is any financial assistance available, please advise.  I would be willing to draft/share lessons learned. Thanks for your kind consideration.
