I'll be discussing music licensing, rates for Soundexchange, ASCAP, BMI &
Sesac, Soundexchange reporting, podcasting and archiving, alternative legal
copyright strategies, and general music copyright issues as they pertain to
community broadcasters and/or webcasters.

I've recently come up to speed again on all this stuff, but these issues
changes so fast that I figured I had better strike while the iron is hot.
At least most of the agreements are now in place until the end of 2020.

You will be able to make comments and ask questions via IM on the google
hangout page.
​The entire session will be archived. ​

The first half of the talk will deal mostly with rules for webcasters and
the second half will concern alternative copyright strategies and rules for
independent producers, podcasts and broadcasters.​
