[grc] Podcast of music shows

In Canada, the issue of copyright on stations' streaming of music shows was
long ignored and then taken up. Our community radio organization
interfaced with the regulator on the topic of fees and I believe agreed on
a pretty low annual fee for stations' streaming. This sort of thing varies
from country to country, but check on whether there are updates since the
posting of that info was done.
