Michael,
Audioport is not public, and it's terms of service are that the material
posted is intended for broadcast use by Pacifica affiliates.
The issue is not a talk show but rather stuff that you don't own the
rights to. Those rights can be the copyright and/or the performance rights.
This is why many stations do not post music shows at all and if they do
they can not be downloadable but can only be streamed, along with a
bunch of other rules...
