Hi Lucia,
This can easily be done with Airtime. I have quite a bit of experience
with it as I worked with the development team to get some features
integrated that we needed for streaming stations here in the US. The
opensourceradio.org stream/STL encoder can also produce the stream to
send the signal to the Airtime server.
There are also ways that this can be done using the Rivendell automation
software to receive and switch the signal.
