[grc] EAS Receiver options

Based on the list of LPFM equipment listed on several resources, KWVH-LP has been looking at using a Sage Digital ENDEC for our EAS. However in a discussion over a quote we received, I was asked about the number of tuners we'd need. They recommend 2 receivers to monitor to be fully compliant with the FCC. They said we may be better served getting the DASLCR which comes with 2 integrated receivers. 

If we bought two receivers on top of the Sage, it's likely to be more costly than the DASLCR - but I don't know about qualities of either such as reliability and ease of use. I'd appreciate your help evaluating our options. 

We haven't yet located the retired broadcast engineer here who might want to donate his / her services so all the costs need to be weighed.
