[grc] LPFM CP extensions

Is there anybody on any of these lists that has an Expiring Construction
Permit for an LPFM?

Don't let them expire.   The FCC should have just given out 36 month
permits.  But they didn't.  It is kind of ridiculous. 

All you have to do is email the FCC to ask for the full 36 months.   But
you have to ask for it, and give some reason.    If you need help, ask
me off list.
