Offer a little prize you already have on hand, like tickets or a mug. Your listeners can vote on them. Play all the pieces that are a good fit for your station, post them to social media, and do a Sonic ID map of your town.Exchanging them with other stations could add to a sense of unity across community radio.Pile on the opportunities: solicit pieces from youth media organizations and indie producers. You could even host a workshop or two on making these at your local public library in partnership with a couple nonprofits whose networks you'd like to reach. Approach underwriters with a related sponsorship package.
