I would strongly recommend trying zararadio 1.6.2 free version for a
windows based system. You can even successfully mount it in Linux Mint.
It will do tons of very useful intuitive easy to understand radios tasks
including sat connections, programmed streams, automated station id's,
PSA's, music lists etc. I believe you can use it to setup remote wakeup
also. Certainly can work with multiple sound cards etc.
You can couple this with numerous streaming programs to get your final
product on line.
Very easy to use and very solid. We've using it for over ten years with
community radios that we work with in the mesoamerican network of
community indigenous garifuna an dc feminist radios in guate honduras and
Mexico.
Good luck.
