The *World Federation of Science Journalists*

webinars on Ebola/Infectious diseases*, two in English and one in French.

The one hour webinars are targeting specialized and non-specialized
journalists. They seek to raise journalist’s awareness about the current
situation and the longer-term outlook on Ebola Virus Disease (EVD) by offering
the participants:

·         A rapid overview of the situation

·         A basic toolbox for health and science reporting

·         Ways to cover infectious diseases with context and accuracy

La *Fédération mondiale des journalistes scientifiques*
<http://wfsj.org/news/news.php?id=412> (WFSJ) organise *trois séminaires en
ligne gratuits* sur le virus Ébola et les maladies infectieuses, dont deux
en anglais et un en français.

Ces séminaires d’une heure sont destinés à tous les journalistes
spécialisés et non-spécialisés. Ils ont pour objectif d’accroître la
sensibilisation des journalistes à la situation actuelle et aux
perspectives à plus long-terme concernant la maladie à virus Ebola (MVE) en
offrant aux participants :

·         Un aperçu rapide de la situation

·         Une boîte d’outils de base pour les auteurs de reportages sur la
santé et la science

·         Un moyen de fournir de l’information exacte sur les maladies
infectieuses en tenant compte du contexte
