[grc] GRC 2015

Hurray, yes, this is a great time to propose a GRC !!   

Sometimes people who are willing to organize a GRC start a discussion about dates on this listserve.  Other times, there's a certain date they can do it, and that is that and we're glad they were able to do it whenever they can.  

I agree with Clay on all his points -- including, "how can we help?"  Often there are people who can show up 2-7 days ahead and be gophers for you or whatever else.  Some can help from afar with advance planning, including past organizers (or not). 

in other words, MORE POWER TO YOU!
