Thanks for this, Frieda.  I had the pleasure of meeting with a Bangla Deshi government minister and AHM Bazlur Rahman when Rahman was trying to convince his government of the efficacy of and need for community media in their country.  I don't remember the year, but we were at an AMARC meeting, and in less than 10 years, I think, Rahman has not only convinced them, bu also grown a network and demonstrated its relevance. Congratulations, Bazlur and Bangla Deshi community radio!
