[grc] Update in Wimberley Valley Radio * KWVH-LP

My family is doing okay. Wish KWVH was already able to broadcast. Our personal internet is down and much of the community is without so I can't add anything to the radio streaming site or update our webpage. But we are updating the community on our Facebook page, Wimberley Valley Radio - Radio Wimberley. Our studio is fine so far. 

A new volunteer called who does have Internet so I'm going to go update our website with basic info on how to help the community.
