Wilkins Radio Network has been privately held by our founder and President,
Bob Wilkins, since 1989. Our corporate office is based in Spartanburg,
South Carolina with 22 stations and 2 FM translators spread across the
United States. Wilkins Radio format is “Exclusively Christian Programming”.
We are currently interested in selling the following stations listed and
also in purchasing additional stations. Below are further details of our
current stations for sale.

· *WASG 540 AM *– 2,500 watts in Mobile, Alabama. Asking price: $500,000.00
cash.

· *WITK 1550 AM *– 10,000 watts in Wilkes Barre – Scranton, Pennsylvania &
Construction Permit for W288CL Translator. Asking price: $600,000.00 cash.

· *KXKS 1190 AM *– 10,000 watts in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Asking price:
$600,000.00 cash.

· *KIOU 1480 AM *– 1,000 watts in Shreveport, Louisiana. Asking price:
$375,000.00 cash.
