Actually, what I suggested as a session was a more general "Working
with volunteers".  "Problem volunteers" is just a part of it.

My original thought was a different side of it:  "Attracting and keeping
the best volunteers".

Then there is paid staff, founders, community, donors, ....   In
general "working with people".

It's the kind of topic NFCB would have at the conference, but theirs
would likely be top-heavy or bureaucratic.


It's not just radio and TV stations.  Also clubs, businesses,
open-source software projects, colleges, .....
