[grc] Revised intro regarding recount story

I just revised the anchor/host intro for my story about the recounts that
Dr. Jill Sten petitioned for in Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin; the
new intro summarizes the outcomes in all three states, and it should give
the story currency for the remainder of the week that it's downloadable on
Audioport.
