[grc] Maintaining station control when groups produce a program?

I produce a show with 2 other women (originally a 4 person Collective) at WSLR in Sarasota, FL. Typically only two of us are in the studio during our hour. We were all required to go through the station's orientation and training and all maintain up to date contracts with the station. We each submit regular self reviews as individuals. Hope that helps!
