[grc] Activating FM Chips in Smartphone

The NAB and NPR have teamed up to urge the FCC to press smartphone
manufacturers and service providers to activate FM receiver chips.
 
It appears that we are now in the "Reply Comments" period.
I think that Community Radio groups should submit joint comments in support
of the NAB/NPR comments.
