[grc] GRC 2016 dates?

Has anyone "published" official dates for this year's proposed GRC??? I
have two other events that are pressing me for a commitment and all I
have heard about the GRC is rumors. If there is not a concrete, official
announcement it is kind of hard to count on it actually happening and I
will not be able to present or help out since I will instead commit to
the other events and not be able to make it to the GRC possibly.
