[grc] GRC 2016 dates?

For me, it's flying into Little Rock (LIT) and then an hour drive to Hot 
Springs.  Looks like there's also two Greyhound bus trips a day from 
Little Rock.

Driving to Palenville last year was a slight adventure but a one day 
drive is always a good thing.

If anyone is getting a room, I would suggest booking ASAP because 
there's also going to be a documentary film festival in town during the 
GRC.  I already have my room, flight and car booked for this.

We'll see you there (unless I get pulled over and almost arrested for 
"driving while trans" like on my last visit to Arkansas)
