[grc] KMUD to host GRC in 2017? or 2018?

I have not heard any inkling about 2017 or 2018 yet.  Donna? have you.

I am trying to talk Mike Starling into a GRC in Cambridge, MD hosted by 
WHCP-LP and REC Networks but Northern California sounds like a fun time.

I am all for it!
