[grc] donor databases - questions and resources

It'll probably be obvious, but CiviCRM, because is isn't sold (it is 
open source
software) is not in that handy techsoup comparison table, though is in 
the other
resources.

Also I know NOTHING about this, but a nonprofit I visited yesterday uses
Hubspot http://www.hubspot.com/nonprofits
