FCC should hold off on reserving vacant channel following auction [1] 
One-quarter of low-power TV and translator stations will be displaced
following the Federal Communications Commission's broadcast spectrum
auction, the Advanced Television Broadcasting Alliance said. The alliance
said the FCC should hold off on reserving white space for unlicensed
