Michelle's points are consistent with what we've received from our 
attorney at GSB, a firm that's worked in LPFM/community radio's corner 
for years. We take off hosts who are candidates, regardless of show format.

The soft threat of legal action from this guy ('submitted to my 
consulting attorney') is alone a flag, IMO.
