[grc] Need a good CiviCRM consultant

WORT is looking for a good consultant to help integrate our CiviCRM with
Quickbooks.  We have an accountant donating her time who is excellent with
Quickbooks and our pledge person is sharp.

There's a bunch of other CiviCRM stuff we'd like to streamline so we're
hoping for someone who we can do several short-term projects between pledge
drives without a long maintenance contract.
