[grc] What's a good software for creating the large weekly schedule?

Comrades, We just got our C.P. converted to a full-fledged LPFM license! Yay! 

We’re on the air!  And now we need to create/develop our weekly schedule. 

Is there software or a method that you recommend we approach this “graphic” chore? What is the best way to lay it out…and make adjustments?

Spreadsheet? Table in Word or Pages? Other?

We’re stoked…and now wait upon those who’ve gone before to share their best practices with us?
