[grc] GRC 2016 coming soon!

Just a quick reminder that the Grassroots Radio Conference for 2016 is
coming up soon, October 7th - 10th in Hot Springs, Arkansas.  Registration
is done through BrownPaper Tickets for a discount before October 1st.  This
conference is hosted by KUHS-lp 97.9, a solar-powered community station in
Hot Springs.

This will be an event and information-packed conference, with many new and
up-to-date presenters, along with many familiar faces, all set in the
quirky resort town of Hot Springs.  This promises to be a conference to
remember.
