[grc] Inquiry from Northern Uganda

I have written and produced quite a bit of radio news about Northern
Uganda. Can someone tell me what this radio project is intended to support
there? I might know of a foundation that would come up with a small grant
to transport this stuff if it's really likely to help with the indigenous
struggle there.
