[grc] GRC Web site opportunity

[Evan Perkins]

An ICANN whois lookup shows that grassrootsradio.org is owned by a company
named Content Privacy Inc. in Toronto. From this I assume that it wasn't
renewed and this company grabbed it via one of those obnoxious bots to hold
it hostage.
