[grc] Rivendell Help

Rivendell lacks built-in capabilities to download files from RSS feeds.
Curiously, it *does* have the ability to *create* podcasts, but it
cannot download them and import them into the library.

I've created a small app I call Kuchota
(https://github.com/opensourceradio/ram/blob/master/usr/local/bin/kuchota)
as part of the Rivendell scripts in the Radio Automation Machine
repository (https://github.com/opensourceradio/ram).
