[grc] Relationships with Venues

WCAA-LP 107.3 FM - Albany, NY (www.wcaa1073.org) has only been on air since
February and we will be doing our 1st live shows July 4th weekend. I really
want to get my hosts access to some major events coming to town, but I
don't think we can command much respect as we haven't done anything yet.

Would it be wise to offer some sort of free promotions in exchange for
allowing access to major events coming to town (ie. Ziggy Marley)?
