Per the below, Lorenzo Milam and Jeremy Lansman were also responsible for
crafting the KBOO bylaws in a way that has through the years derailed
several takeover attempts. My understanding is because of deteriorating
health Jermey Lansman is selling his Anchorage Alaska commercial low power
TV station that has aired Democracy Now daily for many years.  Tom
