[grc] GRC Workshop Choice: "Emergency Radio" or "Int'l CR"?

We are hoping to cover emergency power options including how to design an
uninterupted power supply
within Christopher Maxwell's session/ presentation on Solar power & energy
conservation.
We will be mindful to try not to schedule the sessions Jim & Max
concurrently, thanks for
