[grc] Transcribing radio interviews

That is pretty cheap. At my last company that did video streaming of
indy films, we used rev.com for captions. They charged about a $1 a
minute. Captions are a little different as they include other sound
clues like "Door Slamming" and "Phone Ringing".
I have to say the Rev API is very good and we were able to process about
6,000 films through them.
