[grc] Fwd: Community Broadcaster: A Fond Farewell to Some Friends -Radio World

I know radio is a verbal medium but I was astonished, four years ago, to
find out how little information about my community radio fundraising
position was recorded, organized, and accessible compared to the business
world I was a part of for 20 years.
In the business world, every job had a binder--nowadays, a Google document
file--with every procedure documented in detail, including account contact
information, passwords, timelines for more-involved projects, flow charts,
etc.
I don't know whether it makes me feel any better to hear that this might be
a common problem in community radio or not.
