I appreciate all these responses.  The main question regarding Pacifica's
financial crisis is which of Pacifica's assets will be sold to pay off its
debt and who is going to decide?  Signal swaps are among the assets that
might be sold—for any or all five stations—and that raises the question of
whether or not their value will continue to decline.  I have assumed so,
and therefore I have favored the idea of signal swaps at all five stations
before their value declines further.  - Ann Garrison
