[grc] FM chips, and listserve format

Couple other things about radio vs streaming...

FM receivers can be so simple that they can't be hacked -- not true of
things which can play streams.

FM allows one to listen anonymously and while technically possible, it is
difficult to determine whether someone's FM radio is turned on, and to what
station -- definitely not something done easily over the internet.
Streaming is the opposite -- listening to a stream gives the provider your
IP address (and hence location in many cases) and the exact times you're
listening.

There can be an infinite number of FM radios listening to a station, but
streams require bandwidth, so there are often limitations on how many are
available.

Live vs delayed. FM is instantaneous while streams are delayed. If doing a
"the second caller gets a free CD", the stream listeners are going to lose,
and call-in might be better on FM.

The end of Net Neutrality, means your ISP could slow down the stream to
your favorite station.
