Good morning!

You have just over three weeks to make plans until the Regional Summit
in Charlottesville. There's a great deal in store for you.

Samantha Ragland, a journalist and educator, will teach you how to run
effective and low-cost digital projects with just teams of one or two
people.

Melanie Coulson, a seasoned fundraiser who has worked with stations of
all sizes, will help you create your fundraising strategy and refine
what you've got now.

We all want to generate programming that creates conversation, and
Juleyka Lantigua Williams (ex-NPR Code Switch, now leading podcasts with
Democracy in Color and more) will help you think about your content in
ways intended to spark new interest and relationships, and how you make
better podcasts that grow your audience.

Nathan Moore and David DeKeyser will (separately) explore how music
programming, events and engagement can be used with some tweaks to
improve your station's finances and listener numbers.

Plus, there are a bunch of surprises coming! If you have not registered
yet, today is the day. Do so here <http://nfcb.org/events/cville/register>.

See you soon!

Ernesto
