    It's great to announce the perennial return of Atty Micheal Richards!
We are pleased to present "Ask a Lawyer" at GRC Rochester.

     Atty Richards will present a second session addressing the issues
surrounding silent translators and the impact current & future for LPFM
with the proposed new rules. You can be assured other issues pending in the
FCC will be included in this discussion as time allows.
