[grc] equal time rules in campaigns?

Three days ago on NPR there was a reminder of the amazing 8 1/2 hour 
filibuster speech by Bernie Sanders on December 10, 2010 - which 
reminded me that I then produced four 29 minute programs edited from the 
audio of that day. (On bail-out of banks via Federal Reserve, tax-breaks 
for the rich, international trade and job losses etc.)

I'd love to rebroadcast at this time and wonder how that might conflict 
with political campaign rules and equal time requirements.

There are stations on this list that carry my weekly program and I want 
to be sure to protect them.
