[grc] Converting file format question

       Are they "ogg"?  If yes, you can use the free, open-source 
command line software "ffmpeg" as described in 
"https://linuxconfig.org/ffmpeg-audio-format-conversions".


       If that fails, might it be feasible to ask your source for those 
files?
