A webinar for low-power FM stations is happening next week. The FCC's Public
Safety and Homeland Security Bureau will hold a webinar on July 11 for low
power broadcasters in preparation for the upcoming nationwide EAS test,
including how to register and file in the EAS Test Reporting System. The

Time to File Form One

A key filing is due this week. In June, FEMA announced the next national
Emergency Alert System test would take place in August. All stations are
required to file Form One as a part of this process by July 3. Form One is
