[grc] KVOY tower news & decision

So sorry to hear this, Mary Francis!  I remember when you were starting
your station with such enthusiasm and good ideas.  I expect the influence
it had on the community will continue to bear fruit in some way, and hope
the experience and the friendships will be of value on into the future.
