[grc] LPFM board positions question

This would likely be determined by state law. Most states require some sort
of minimum number of board members, certain required positions (Treasurer,
Secretary, etc), certain kinds of reporting to the state. Quick Google
search for the nonprofit incorporation laws in your state would probably
get you the information you need.
