[grc] Ownership Reports NOT due Dec. 1

With big thanks to Ernesto of NFCB, anyone who’s struggling to file their 323-E before taking off for a holiday weekend can let that go. 

FCC announced mid-September an extension of that deadline to Jan. 31.  The FCC’s own instructions still say the deadline is Dec. 1 of odd-numbered years. 

The article linked below doesn’t say anything else of significance IMO.
