[grc] Wow

       Does anyone have substantive documentation that WBAI has been 
broadcasting from 4 Times Square since 2018-05-31?

       I ask, because the Wikipedia article on WBAI says they have 
"tentative plans for a new transmitter at 4 Times Square."  I have an 
email from Ursula Ruedenberg dated 2018-05-31 describing what they did 
to avoid going off the air:  Fed Ex lost their new transmitter, and Tom 
Livingston drove to American University in Philadelphia and recruited a 
team "to carry the two heavy pieces [of a loaned transmitter] up the 
stairs through a campus building to" his car, because "a crew had dug a 
trench across the driveway to the transmitter site."  I might try 
quoting this email in a note for that Wikipedia article, but Wikipedia 
does not normally accept emails like this as documentation.  However, it 
would be better if I had something more public and superficially 
credible than an email to a list serve.
