[grc] Comment deadline date extension requested by REC in MB Dkt. 19-193

Good afternoon from Riverton.

Citing the very late public notice from the FCC announcing the comment 
deadline dates (8 days after publication in the Federal Register and a 
late "addenda" publication in the Daily Digest) and for other reasons, 
REC has filed a Motion for Extension of Time in MB Docket 19-193 asking 
for an additional 14 days for comments and then a subsequent extension 
of the reply comment date.

The most controversial item in 19-193 (the channel 6 protections)would 
not even go into effect until summer, 2021 and the various other items 
only impact a small number of LPFM stations and will only result in a 
short delay.

The rejected items (LP-250, translator relief, etc.) need to be brought 
back and considered in a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking to afford 
these items a complete record. If you are preparing comments for 19-193, 
please continue to assume we have a October 21 deadline unless you hear 
otherwise.
