[grc] Pacifica Affiliates Nonprofit Organization Incorporated in New Mexico

Hi GRC,

I figured some of you would be interested to hear that a nonprofit
organization has been chartered in the State of New Mexico by Robin Collier.

The purpose is:

1. To facilitate the election of representatives to the PNB
(Which is proposed to be eradicated in the bylaws amendment proposal from
several PNB directors)

2. To solicit funding for some sort of community media activities

The documents state membership is open to all Pacifica affiliates, but the
rights of members are not specified in the document.
