[grc] Podcasting app?

I have been waiting for the Pacifica podcasting service to materialize, but
I am guessing that project may have been set aside.
That leaves me looking into what service might be good for placing a
weekly half-hour with the range of podcast outlets.  I know some of you
have experience with this.
Here are some descriptions of services I found, but am hoping to find one
that is really simple to use and inexpensive.  Suggestions? Caveats?
